Fence repair is just as important as new installation. A leaning post, a rotted section, a damaged gate frame, or storm damage to a panel can compromise the entire fence if left alone. We handle repairs on fences we installed as well as fences from other contractors, and in many cases targeted repairs cost a fraction of full replacement while adding years of life to an existing structure.

A gate is often the most-used part of a fence system, which means it's also the part most likely to need attention. We install swing gates and slide gates in wood, vinyl, aluminum, and steel, sized for pedestrian entry, single-car driveways, and double-wide driveway openings.

Automatic gates add convenience and security. We install and program gate automation systems for residential driveways and commercial entrances, including inground motors for properties where a visible post-mounted operator isn't the right fit. Inground motors keep the automation mechanism below the driveway surface, protected from weather and vehicle traffic, with a clean look that works well on higher-end residential properties.

Arm operators and slide operators handle different driveway configurations. Arm operators work well for swing gates with standard clearance on the opening side. Slide operators are better for properties where a swing gate can't open fully due to a slope or a short driveway. We assess the site and recommend the right operator type based on how the driveway is actually built.

Gate repair covers everything from a sagging hinge to a damaged frame to a failed automation motor. Whether the gate is manual or automated, we diagnose the problem and fix the specific issue rather than pushing for a full replacement when one isn't needed.

Railings are a natural extension of our fencing and gate work. We fabricate and install steel railings for stairs, decks, stoops, and elevated walkways on both residential and commercial properties. Steel railings can be built to match an existing fence aesthetic or designed as a standalone feature.

For properties close to water, in high-moisture environments, or in areas with road salt exposure, we offer galvanizing as part of our steel railing and custom metalwork services. Galvanizing applies a zinc coating to steel that significantly extends its resistance to rust and weathering, giving clients who want maximum longevity the best return on their installation.
